<注意事項>
1.台灣客戶請於《飛天軟體賣場》、《Voicemith官方商品賣場》及《VM Vtuber官方商品賣場》購買商品，支付費用的方式為ATM轉帳、信用卡刷卡(限台灣的銀行所核發之信用卡)、超商條碼付款。
2.海外客戶欲購買商品，僅限使用信用卡(支援國外銀行核發之信用卡)付款。
<購買下載版產品>
1.請於下訂時確實填寫您的電子信箱，我們收到訂單後，會以email將相關資訊(軟體序號、下載連結…等)發送給您。
2.產品email是以人工發送而非自動寄送，一般情況會盡量在訂單成立當天，或是隔日完成發貨(發送email)，如隔天遇國定假日或例假日，則延後至上班日處理。
3.當您購買後收到商品email，若仍不確定是否使用時，煩請勿使用軟體序號；若您已經使用序號，消費者保護法第19條所訂之七天猶豫期間將無法適用，也就是將無法為您辦理退貨退款，請務必留意!!
4.有時我們發送的產品email會被您的電子信箱系統誤判，若您收信時沒看到，請至「垃圾信箱」或是「促銷內容」找尋一下!
<購買實體商品>
1.實體商品均採先付款後以超商寄運，恕不提供貨到付款和超商取貨款服務。
2.當實體商品寄達您的指定超商，系統會以手機簡訊通知您前往取貨。請留意您的手機通知訊息。
3.如實體商品寄達您的指定超商，但您未領取貨品而導致貨品退回，我們會以電話通知您，再次寄送需請您再支付一次運費。
